You consent to this privacy policy by using this website, which applies to transactions, activities and data gathered through Bar Savvy website. We will only use customer’s personal data for the sole purposes of fulfilling a customers’ order or servicing a customer’s event. This information will be held confidential and will only be shared with third parties including shipping carriers and payment processors. Information will not be stored or saved unless the customer agrees to create an account within our site, www.barsavvvy.net , for future orders. Please review our policy occasionally, as we may update it without notice.

Upon booking an event with BAR SAVVY, LLC you will be provided a quote based on what beverage items (spirit, beer, wine, cups, ice, garnish, stirrers, and/or napkins) you want included with your package. All details of the event and suggestions are to be discussed prior to the quote being provided. If any changes are requested, it may result in additional charges or modifications to accommodate requests.

All Corporate events, Mocktail bars, Weddings, Events in which a tip jar is not allowed and events subject to a 20% service fees.

The cut off time for serving alcohol at each event is 30 minutes prior to the event’s end time.

We reserve the right to take photos and videos at any event we’re booked to service. Understand that by booking BAR SAVVY, you consent to the usage of images and videos being posted on our website or social media accounts. If you do not want media of your or your event posted, please inform us upon booking.

BAR SAVVY assumes no responsibility for ANY damage or loss of merchandise, alcohol, equipment, furniture, clothing or other valuables prior to, during or after the event. BAR SAVVY will do everything possible to ensure that all of CLIENT’s supplies, rentals, and equipment are cared for and maintained in good working order and without damage.

When providing the location for the event/function, the CLIENT understands that accidents/breakage and/or damage may sometimes occur. BAR SAVVY will not be liable for any damage or loss unless specifically caused by the willful negligent actions or conduct of BAR SAVVY or its employees.

CLIENT absolves BAR SAVVY from any third party claims, except for actions caused by BAR SAVVY and/or negligence of its employees. Such claims amount to a maximum amount of USD Two Hundred ($200.00) only.

All orders will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of your payment being authorized and verified. Excluding weekends and holidays.

Any order errors made on behalf of BAR SAVVY, LLC will be granted an exchange or store credit upon item being returned within 7 days.
