We offer mobile bartending services for celebratory occasions including: social events, weddings, corporate functions and more. We also host private mixology classes and other events.

For all events we have a base rate that covers the labor cost, staff wages, travel, and additional expenses for materials and bar items. The per person fee covers the cost to have enough product to serve your estimated guest count.

None! By Georgia State Law, Bar Savvy is unable to provide the alcohol for your event. That includes beer & wine! However, we can provide you with a detailed shopping list of what you will need to purchase. For an additional charge, we are able to pick up liquor for your event and invoice separate from bar service!

We can absolutely do mocktails for your event but it does not change the price. Although there isn't any alcohol being added, mocktails still require all of the materials included in our packages to create the perfect mocktail!

For all corporate events, weddings, and events in which tip jars are prohibited, a 20% gratuity charge will be added to your invoice total. All Mocktail events are subject to a 20% gratuity charge.

In some cases, we will schedule consultations before the deposit is paid. This typically happens if you have a tricky event that needs special understanding to make sure the event can take place in a way that is successful! We really love to communicate via email up until the deposit has been paid and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Once the deposit has been paid. We will reach out and get you on the calendar for your phone consultation to go over event details, timelines, and we will discuss the cocktail menu!

We are based in Atlanta, GA but we do travel upon request and availability. Keep in mind for out of state events, all travel expenses must be covered.

Yes, we carry a $1M General & Liquor liability policy and our bartenders are certified within the State of Georgia.
